Yee-haw! It’s the Fourth of July, and we’re setting off fireworks!
Except there was a burn ban that prevented us from lighting any fireworks and also this is being posted a week after the Fourth of July so that’s a totally dated reference, but still! USA! U! S! A!
This week Brian, Crispy and Stephen tackle the horror that is Abraham Lincoln, Horse Jumper before jumping to Looper. It looks like a fun movie, but did the trailer really have to use the same crappy dubstep track as the trailer for Alex Cross? Brave was fun, and also managed to sneak in the Pizza Planet truck and Sulley from Monsters, Inc.. We’re also amused and taken aback that some folks in Tunisia are living in the set from The Phantom Menace. You’d think the terribleness of that movie would make anyone living in the set physically ill all the time.
Beyond that we’ve got Falling Skies, Eureka, the God Particle, and an update on Charles Carreon versus The Oatmeal and all of the internet.
U! S! A!
