A podcast where geek-culture meets the real world ... from the minds behind Dragon*ConTV. Everything from movies, television, science and news. Sometimes serious, mostly funny, always a little off-center.

When you spoke of Darth Flannel (George Lucas) retiring from film making, you forgot the caveat he stated during his announcement-that he would do "Indiana Jones V" if him, Spielberg, et. al. decided to do it. The version I would like to see of this would be if they could get Nathan Fillian to play Henry Jones IV, set it in modern times, and have it be about something that either his grandfather (Indy) or grandmother (Marian Ravenwood-Jones) found that is valuable and neither knew how valuable it was at the time of discovery. It would make sense and if done right, would redeem the franchise but since Lucas will be involved, this would never happen. On a lighter note, the Internet or the brains at Dragon Con TV should do a female gladiator cage death match with the following characters/actresses fighting a la Celebrity Death Match: Irene Adler from "Sherlock", Bo and Kenzi from "Lost Girl", Selene from "Underworld", Mila Jovovich and maybe Lucy Lawless.

I was there! My first DragonCon, as well as my first experience of WtC. By the way, I was the one guy who ashamedly raised his hand when you asked the audience "Anybody here not know who we are? Just wandered in and sat down by accident?" But hey, I'm listening now. See you around the internets.

I loved everything about "LA Noire" - all the things you mentioned, except for, well... playing it. Collecting evidence, especially, was just a whole lot of tedium for me.

Anyhow, though, glad I found your podcast - you have another subscriber. Thanks for your efforts!

Crispy- Can we please stop this misconception you have that season two of 'Torchwood' is not as awful as the first season? Stephen should jump straight to the third season because there's nothing of value in season two.
